第六課 唯靠基督 保守你的心
Lesson 6 Guard Your Heart with Jesus Christ

認識人心To get to know people’s heart：
à 人心比萬物都詭詐 。The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. (耶17:9)
à 人從小時心裏懷著惡念。every inclination of his heart is evil from childhood (創Genesis8:21)
à 從人裏面出來的，那才能污穢人；因為從裏面，就是從人心裏，發出惡念、苟合、偷盜、凶殺、姦淫、貪婪、邪惡、詭詐、淫蕩、嫉妒、謗讟、驕傲、狂妄。What comes out of a man is what makes him 'unclean.' 21For from within, out of men's hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. (可Mark7:20-22)

心所發出的力量The strength from the heart：
à 你要保守你心，勝過保守一切（或譯：你要切切保守你心），因為一生的果效是由心發出。Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life. (箴proverbs4:23)
à 因為他心怎樣思量，他為人就是怎樣。for he is the kind of man who is always thinking about the cost. (箴Proverbs23:7)
à 人不制伏自己的心，好像毀壞的城邑沒有牆垣。Like a city whose walls are broken down is a man who lacks self-control. (箴Proverbs25:28)

神怎麼看人心How does God look at people’s heart：
à 耶和華不像人看人：人是看外貌；耶和華是看內心。The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart." (撒上1 Samuel 16:7)
à 耶和華是鑒察人心、試驗人肺腑的，要照各人所行的和他做事的結果報應他。I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve." (耶17:10)

如何保守我的心How to guard my heart？
à 與神保持親密的關係To keep an intimate relationship with God.
à 常來到主前，認罪悔改，並抓住神赦罪的應許(1 John 約一1:9，Isiah賽44:22，1:18，Acts徒3:18, 26，Hebrews來8:14)To confess & repent to the God. To hold on to God’s promise of forgiveness.
à 神不喜悅的，就不說、不看、不聽、不想、不做Do not say, watch, listen to, think or do the things that do not please God.
à 放下老我(脫鞋)，由神作我生命的主，順服神的管教To set down the old nature. Let God be the Lord of all. To obey God’s discipline.
à 將神的話刻在心版上，拒絕負面思想To keep God’s words in our heart. To reject negative thoughts.
à 常常讀經、禱告，凡事謝恩(1 Thessalonians帖前5:16-18，psalms詩103:1-5，Deuteronomy申11:18，Psalms詩119:11, 81)To read bible, pray often. To thank God for everything.
à 寫靈修筆記、靈程札記，隨時調整與神的關係 (Psalms詩27:8; 118:2, 10) To write devotion notes, spiritual journal. To adjust relationship with God anytime.
à 抓住神的應許(1 Cor.林後5:17，Roman羅8:1-2，1 Cor.林前6:11)To hold on to God’s promise

探討幾位聖經人物是如何墮落的How did the people in the bible backslide in their spiritual life：
1. 亞當、夏娃Adam & Eve (創世紀Genesis 2:16,17; 3:1-13)

2:16 耶和華　神吩咐他說：「園中各樣樹上的果子，你可以隨意吃，2:17 只是分別善惡樹上的果子，你不可吃，因為你吃的日子必定死！」

3:1 耶和華　神所造的，惟有蛇比田野一切的活物更狡猾。蛇對女人說：「　神豈是真說不許你們吃園中所有樹上的果子嗎？」3:2 女人對蛇說：「園中樹上的果子，我們可以吃，3:3 惟有園當中那棵樹上的果子，　神曾說：『你們不可吃，也不可摸，免得你們死。』」
ü 夏娃擅自改變神的話。Eve altered God’s words.(創Gen. 3:3)
ü 夏娃輕看神的吩咐與誡命，以致試探面臨時沒有能力以神的話語抵擋。Eve did not take God’s words & command seriously so that she did not have the ability to defeat temptation with God’s words.
3:4 蛇對女人說：「你們不一定死；3:5 因為　神知道，你們吃的日子眼睛就明亮了，你們便如　神能知道善惡。」3:6 於是女人見那棵樹的果子好作食物，也悅人的眼目，且是可喜愛的，能使人有智慧，就摘下果子來吃了，又給她丈夫，她丈夫也吃了。
ü 亞當和夏娃選擇愛世界，以致喪失神給的上好福份。(創Gen. 3:6) Adam & Eve chose to love the world and loss the blessing from God.
ü 因 為 凡 世 界 上 的 事 、 就 像 肉 體 的 情 慾 、 眼 目 的 情 慾 、 並 今 生 的 驕 傲 、 都 不 是 從 父 來 的 、 乃 是 從 世 界 來 的 。16For everything in the world—the cravings of sinful man, the lust of his eyes and the boasting of what he has and does—comes not from the Father but from the world. (1 John約一2:16)
ü 亞當沒有做好家中屬靈領袖的責任，妻子犯錯，沒有制止，還與妻子共同犯錯。(創Gen. 3:6) Adam did not fulfill the responsibility of being a spiritual leader at home. When his wife was in sin, he did not stop her & commit the sin together with her.
3:7 他們二人的眼睛就明亮了，才知道自己是赤身露體，便拿無花果樹的葉子為自己編做裙子。3:8 天起了涼風，耶和華　神在園中行走。那人和他妻子聽見　神的聲音，就藏在園裏的樹木中，躲避耶和華　神的面。3:9 耶和華　神呼喚那人，對他說：「你在哪裏？」3:10 他說：「我在園中聽見你的聲音，我就害怕；因為我赤身露體，我便藏了。」3:11 耶和華說：「誰告訴你赤身露體呢？莫非你吃了我吩咐你不可吃的那樹上的果子嗎？」3:12 那人說：「你所賜給我、與我同居的女人，她把那樹上的果子給我，我就吃了。」
ü 亞當不看重與神的關係。Adam did not take seriously about his relationship with God.
3:13 耶和華　神對女人說：「你做的是甚麼事呢？」女人說：「那蛇引誘我，我就吃了。」
ü 夏娃犯了神的誡命，卻不知錯，向神認罪，還推卸責任。(創Gen. 3:12,13)Eve disobeyed God’s command and did not show repentance to God. She even denied her responsibility to follow God’s command.

2. 該隱Cain(創世記Genesis 4:1-16)

4:1 有一日，那人和他妻子夏娃同房，夏娃就懷孕，生了該隱（就是得 的意思），便說：「耶和華使我得了一個男子。」4:2 又生了該隱的兄弟亞伯。亞伯是牧羊的；該隱是種地的。4:3 有一日，該隱拿地裏的出產為供物獻給耶和華；4:4 亞伯也將他羊群中頭生的和羊的脂油獻上。耶和華看中了亞伯和他 的供物，4:5 只是看不中該隱和他的供物。該隱就大大地發怒，變了臉色。
ü 當神不悅納該隱的獻祭時，該隱不但不反省，還大大發怒、變臉。抵擋神。有神的同在，卻不與神同行。) 自我中心，任性，驕傲，妒忌：與神的關係出了問題。
4:6 耶和華對該隱說：「你為甚麼發怒呢？你為甚麼變了臉色呢？4:7 你若行得好，豈不蒙悅納？你若行得不好，罪就伏在門前。它必戀慕你，你卻要制伏它。」
ü 神給機會：神警告該隱，若不反省悔改，必將落入罪中。(創4:6-7)
4:8 該隱與他兄弟亞伯說話；二人正在田間。該隱起來打他兄弟亞伯，把他殺了。
ü 一錯再錯：該隱不接受神的警告，還將怒氣遷至亞伯，達到極限，最後動了殺機，將兄弟亞伯殺死。(創4:8)
4:9 耶和華對該隱說：「你兄弟亞伯在哪裏？」他說：「我不知道！我豈是看守我兄弟的嗎？」
ü 神再給機會：當神問該隱兇殺之事時，該隱毫無悔意，還對神撒謊狡辯。不信靠全能全知的神。(創4:9)
4:10 耶和華說：「你做了甚麼事呢？你兄弟的血有聲音從地裏向我哀告。4:11 地開了口，從你手裏接受你兄弟的血。現在你必從這地受咒詛。4:12 你種地，地不再給你效力；你必流離飄蕩在地上。」4:13 該隱對耶和華說：「我的刑罰太重，過於我所能當的。4:14 你如今趕逐我離開這地，以致不見你面；我必流離飄蕩在地上，凡遇見我的必殺我。」
ü 神的審判與管教：該隱遭神處罰，還向神討價還價，說刑罰過重。(創4:13-14)
4:15 耶和華對他說：「凡殺該隱的，必遭報七倍。」耶和華就給該隱立一個記號，免得人遇見他就殺他。
ü 神的恩典：神施憐憫，對該隱減刑。(創4:15)
4:16 於是該隱離開耶和華的面，去住在伊甸東邊挪得之地。

3. 羅得Lot (創Genesis 13:11-13)

13:8 亞伯蘭就對羅得說：「你我不可相爭，你的牧人和我的牧人也不可相爭，因為我們是骨肉（原文是弟兄）。13:9 遍地不都在你眼前嗎？請你離開我：你向左，我就向右；你向右，我就向左。」13:10 羅得舉目看見約旦河的全平原，直到瑣珥，都是滋潤的，那地在耶和華未滅所多瑪、蛾摩拉以先如同耶和華的園子，也像埃及地。13:11 於是羅得選擇約旦河的全平原，往東遷移；他們就彼此分離了。13:12 亞伯蘭住在迦南地，羅得住在平原的城邑，漸漸挪移帳棚，直到所多瑪。13:13 所多瑪人在耶和華面前罪大惡極。

ü 選擇愛世界：羅得貪愛世界的舒適與快樂，選擇耶和華眼中看為惡的地方(所多瑪)居住，以致影響他的妻子和兩個女兒與羅得有相同的價值觀。

ü Lot chose to love the world: Lot loves the happiness & comfort in the world. He chose to live in Sodom where the people were sinning greatly against the LORD. Lot’s wife & daughters were influenced by Lot’s worldly value.
ü 妻子甚至因留戀世界，在神滅所多瑪、蛾摩拉逃命時，回頭看所多瑪城而變成一根鹽柱。女兒日後則做出與父親亂倫之事。Lot’s wife was attached to the world. She looked back at the city of Sodom and became a pillar of salt.
ü 與神的關係不良：未學習叔叔〝信心之父〞亞伯拉罕對神的信靠與順服，沒有與神保持親密的關係，靈裏貧乏。人若愛世界，愛父的心就不在他裡面了。(約一2:15)Lot did not have a good relationship with God: He did not learn from his uncle Abraham “father of faith” to obey and trust in God. He was spiritually poor and did not have a close relationship with God. 15Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. (1 John 2:15)
ü 自私傲慢之心：在選擇居住地時，羅得只顧自己的好處，目無尊長，搶先選擇平原之地為業。Selfish & arrogant: At the time of choosing place to live, Lot did not respect his uncle Abraham to let him choose the place first. Instead, Lot grabbed & chose to live among the cities of the plain.

4. 大衛David(撒母耳記下11:1-25)

大衛和拔示巴1 過了一年，到列王出戰的時候，大衛又差派約押，率領臣僕和以色列眾人出戰。他們就打敗亞捫人，圍攻拉巴。大衛仍住在耶路撒冷。
ü 大衛失去儆醒，自己不出征，只派手下出戰。David lost his alert on the battle. He did not fight himself, but sending his soldiers out to fight.

2 一日，太陽平西，大衛從床上起來，在王宮的平頂上遊行，看見一個婦人沐浴，容貌甚美，
ü 生活作息鬆散，心思不在神。眼目、情慾的試探開始了。David’s life schedule was loose. His mind was not focusing on God. Temptation of the eyes started to happen.

3 大衛就差人打聽那婦人是誰。有人說：「她是以連的女兒，赫人烏利亞的妻拔示巴。」
ü 大衛未停止於眼目的試探，反而進一步的要探聽此人，給撒旦留餘地，給自己犯罪的空間。David did not stopped at the temptation of eyes. Furthermore, he sent people to look for the woman. He gave Satin & himself room to sin.

4 大衛差人去，將婦人接來；那時她的月經才得潔淨。她來了，大衛與她同房，她就回家去了。
ü 更進一步差人去將拔示巴接來，此時身旁沒有任何先知或如約拿單肝膽相照的屬靈同伴勸阻大衛。結果任由心中的情慾氾濫，與拔示巴犯下通姦之罪。Moreover, David sent messengers to get her. There was no prophet or spiritual friend like Jonathan to stop David commit the sin. Finally, David allowed himself to have adultery with Bathsheba.

5 於是她懷了孕，打發人去告訴大衛說：「我懷了孕。」
6 大衛差人到約押那裏，說：「你打發赫人烏利亞到我這裏來。」約押就打發烏利亞去見大衛。
ü 大衛知道拔示巴懷了孕，就設計要藉拔示巴的丈夫烏利亞遮掩其姦淫罪行。After David knew Bathsheba was pregnant, he tried to set Uriah up to cover his sin.

7 烏利亞來了，大衛問約押好，也問兵好，又問爭戰的事怎樣。
ü 大衛並非真心在問候士兵與戰事。David didn’t really care about the war & the soldiers.

8 大衛對烏利亞說：「你回家去，洗洗腳吧！」烏利亞出了王宮，隨後王送他一分食物。
ü 大衛毫無悔意，進一步的繼續想方設法遮掩罪行。David did not have the repentance heart. He was still trying to think of ways to cover his sin.

9 烏利亞卻和他主人的僕人一同睡在宮門外，沒有回家去。
ü 神沒有讓烏利亞如大衛的願，回家與妻同房。God did not let David’s plan to be succeed.

10 有人告訴大衛說：「烏利亞沒有回家去。」大衛就問烏利亞說：「你從遠路上來，為甚麼不回家去呢？」
11 烏利亞對大衛說：「約櫃和以色列與猶大兵都住在棚裏，我主約押和我主（或譯：王）的僕人都在田野安營，我豈可回家吃喝、與妻子同寢呢？我敢在王面前起誓（原文是我指著王和王的性命起誓）：我決不行這事！」
12 大衛吩咐烏利亞說：「你今日仍住在這裏，明日我打發你去。」於是烏利亞那日和次日住在耶路撒冷。
13 大衛召了烏利亞來，叫他在自己面前吃喝，使他喝醉。到了晚上，烏利亞出去與他主的僕人一同住宿，還沒有回到家裏去。
ü 大衛並沒有因為看到烏利亞的正直、忠心而心受譴責與懊悔，再度設法遮掩其罪。David did not repent because of seeing Uriah’s loyalty & righteousness. Again, David tried to cover his sin.

14 次日早晨，大衛寫信與約押，交烏利亞隨手帶去。
15 信內寫著說：「要派烏利亞前進，到陣勢極險之處，你們便退後，使他被殺。」
ü 大衛設計失敗，更進一步動了殺機，一錯再錯。大衛濫用職權，下達命令，使烏利亞被殺。David’s plan failed. Furthermore, he decided to kill Uriah.

16 約押圍城的時候，知道敵人那裏有勇士，便將烏利亞派在那裏。
ü 約押與大衛同流合污，一起犯罪。Joab and David committed the sin together.

17 城裏的人出來和約押打仗；大衛的僕人中有幾個被殺的，赫人烏利亞也死了。
ü 大衛借刀殺人，同時也使得幾個僕人一同遭殃被殺。David killed Uriah through others’ hands, same as other soldiers.

18 於是，約押差人去將爭戰的一切事告訴大衛，
19 又囑咐使者說：「你把爭戰的一切事對王說完了，
20 王若發怒，問你說：『你們打仗為甚麼挨近城牆呢？豈不知敵人必從城上射箭嗎？
21 從前打死耶路‧比設（就是耶路‧巴力，見士師記九章一節）兒子亞比米勒的是誰呢？豈不是一個婦人從城上拋下一塊上磨石來，打在他身上，他就死在提備斯嗎？你們為甚麼挨近城牆呢？』你就說：『王的僕人─赫人烏利亞也死了。』」
22 使者起身，來見大衛，照著約押所吩咐他的話奏告大衛。
23 使者對大衛說：「敵人強過我們，出到郊野與我們打仗，我們追殺他們，直到城門口。
24 射箭的從城上射王的僕人，射死幾個，赫人烏利亞也死了。」
25 王向使者說：「你告訴約押說：『不要因這事愁悶，刀劍或吞滅這人或吞滅那人，沒有一定的；你只管竭力攻城，將城傾覆。』可以用這話勉勵約押。」
ü 大衛得知烏利亞和其他幾位僕人戰亡的消息，仍無悔意，再用謊言包裝遮蓋其罪行。After David knew about the death of Uriah & other soldiers, he did not show any repentance. Again, he used lies to cover his sin.

26 烏利亞的妻聽見丈夫烏利亞死了，就為他哀哭。
27 哀哭的日子過了，大衛差人將她接到宮裏，她就作了大衛的妻，給大衛生了一個兒子。但大衛所行的這事，耶和華甚不喜悅。

5. 所羅門王King Solomon
大衛悔罪，蒙赦罪之後所生之子。〝耶和華也喜愛他〞，就藉先知拿單賜他耶底底亞的名字，因為耶和華愛他。(撒下12:24-25)
受膏做王 (王上1:39)
耶和華向所羅門王顯現： 向神求智慧(王上3:4-15)
為神建殿，獻殿蒙神悅納 (王上5-8)
耶和華第二次顯現，與所羅門立約 (王上9:1-8)
晚節不保，娶外邦女子：11:4 所羅門年老的時候，他的妃嬪誘惑他的心去隨從別神，不效法他父親大衛誠誠實實地順服耶和華─他的　神。11:6 所羅門行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，不效法他父親大衛專心順從耶和華。11:9 耶和華向所羅門發怒，因為他的心偏離向他兩次顯現的耶和華─以色列的　神。

自我省思Self-review：

1. 是那些原因使以上的聖經人物犯罪？What was the cause for the above mentioned people in the bible to commit sin?
-- 遠離神、停止長進、權勢、名利、色情、驕傲、家庭關係、其他…………
Being away from God, stop growing spiritually, power, profit, amativeness, proud, family relationship, etc.

2. 以上這些人物的例子，他們的生命何時出現犯罪的黃燈？給我們什麼提醒？When did the “sinful yellow light” blink in their life? What kind of warning do I learn from it?

3. 〝試探〞是否光指苦難？是否還包括了舒適與享受？Does “trial” only apply to suffering? Does it also include enjoyment?

4. 我今天的生命有沒有出現犯罪的黃燈或者已出現紅燈？Do I have “sinful yellow light” or “red light” blinks in my life now?

² 雅各書James 1:14-15 但各人被試探，乃是被自己的私慾牽引誘惑的。私慾既懷了胎，就生出罪來；罪既長成，就生出死來。14but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. 15Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

² 忍受試探的人是有福的，因為他經過試驗以後，必得生命的冠冕。12Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. (雅各書James 1:12)
