第三課 靈命操練(一)：每日與主靈交
Lesson 3 Spiritual life practice(1): Meet with God daily

一. 主耶穌親近神的榜樣 Jesus Christ as our role model：
　--清晨天未亮的時候before sunlight(可Mark 1:35)
次日早晨，天未亮的時候，耶穌起來，到曠野地方去，在那裡禱告。35Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.
--夜晚的時候night time(路Luke 6:12)
那時，耶穌出去，上山禱告，整夜禱告神。12One of those days Jesus went out to a mountainside to pray, and spent the night praying to God.
--服事以後after serve the Lord(太Matthews 14:23)
散了眾人以候，他就獨自上山去禱告，到了晚上，只有他一人在那裡。23After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone,
--面對抉擇時facing choices(太Matthews 26:36-46)
太Matthews 26:39他就稍往前走，俯伏在地禱告說：「我父啊，倘若可行，求你叫這杯離開我；然而，不要照我的意思，只要照你的意思。」39Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."

二. 馬利亞親近神的榜樣Maria as our role model：
--〝坐〞在耶穌腳前聆聽Mary ”sat” in front of God’s feet & listen to what He said. (路Luke10:38-42)
Luke 10:39馬利亞在耶穌腳前坐著聽他的道。Mary sat at the Lord's feet listening to what he said.
10:42但是不可少的只有一件，馬利亞已經選擇那上好的福份，是不能奪去的。but only one thing is needed.[f] Mary has chosen what is better, and it will not be taken away from her."
--〝俯伏〞在耶穌腳前傾訴(約John11:28-44)
John 11:32馬利亞到了耶穌那裡，看見他，就俯伏在他腳前，說：「主啊，你若早在這裡，我兄弟必不死。」32When Mary reached the place where Jesus was and saw him, she fell at his feet and said, "Lord, if you had been here, my brother would not have died."
--〝跪〞在耶穌腳前奉獻(約John 12:1-8)
John12:3馬利亞就拿著一斤極貴的真哪噠香膏抹耶穌的腳，又用自己頭髮去擦，屋裡就滿了膏的香氣。3Then Mary took about a pint[a] of pure nard, an expensive perfume; she poured it on Jesus' feet and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

三. 靈修的四個步驟4 steps of devotion：
1. 靈讀Letico；用心靈的耳朵聆聽(領受)神的話。To receive God’s words with your heart.
2. 默想Meditatio：反覆思想神的話，使神的話進入心靈深處，發覺隱藏的真理。To think over God’s words. Let God’s words get into your heart and find the hidden truth.
有什麼真理在裏面？Is there any truth in the scriptures?
有什麼命令我該遵守？What command should I obey?
有什麼榜樣我可以學習？Which role model can I learn from?
有什麼警告要我注意？What kind of warning should I notice?
神給我什麼應許？What kind of promise does God give me?
3. 心禱Oratio：從默想進入禱告，與神對話，向神傾吐一切。From meditate God’s words to pray to God.
Adoration敬拜讚美
Confession懺悔、認罪
Thanksgiving感恩
Supplication(petition or intercession)祈求(代求或為自己求)
4. 沉念Contemplatio：思想神自己，品嚐神的喜樂。(約15:11) Meditate God Himself. Taste God’s joyfulness.
耶穌的喜樂是什麼？若在耶穌身上應用[快樂]這詞，實在是一種侮辱。耶穌的喜樂是對父絕對的順服與舍己。因作成他父差他來作的工而喜樂。[我樂意照你的旨意行。]耶穌的禱告是要我們的喜樂日趨完備，直到像他的喜樂一樣。我有沒有讓主把喜樂帶給我？

生命的滿溢不是在身體的健康，不是在外在的事物，不是在看見神的事工成就，乃在對 神完全的明白，有耶穌與父神那種契合。攔阻這喜樂的第一件事，是挑剔猜度而來的惱怒。耶穌說今生的憂慮會阻塞神的話。我們還未知身處何方，已經被紛繁的事物抓住了。神為我們所作成的一切只帶我們來到門檻，他還要我們進入，作他的見證，活出耶穌是誰。更與神連合，從而得喜樂，就有活水從你湧流。要做活水的中心，讓主透過你倒出活水。不要在沉浸在自覺裏，不要做成聖的自負者，要藏在基督裏活。與神連合的生命，自然得像呼吸一般。那些最叫你蒙福的人，是那些不覺自己成為別人祝福的人。
5. 只要主說一句話Just one sentence from God
i. 百夫長的信心：只要你說一句話，我的僕人就必好了。(路Luke7:7) But say the word, and my servant will be healed.
ii. 出於神的話，沒有一句不帶能力的。(路Luck 1:37) 37For nothing is impossible with God."
iii. 神的應許不論有多少，在基督都是是的，所以藉著祂也都是實在的，叫神因我们得榮耀。(林後1 Cor. 1:20) 20For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God.
iv. 我們信他怎樣對我說，事情也要怎樣成就。(徒Acts 27:25) 25 for I have faith in God that it will happen just as he told me.
v. 耶穌說，〝我對你们所說的話就是靈、就是生命。〞(約John 6:63) 63The Spirit gives life; the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken to you are spirit[e] and they are life.

分享：神的一句話對我人生的帶領。

6. 實際操練Practice
i. 每天分別出一段時間親近神。Reserve a period of time to get close to God daily.
ii.認識主在〝等候〞你，祂等候要施恩給你。(賽Isaiah 30:18-21; 40:29-31; 64:4)Understand that God is “waiting” for you, He wants to grant you with His mercy.
iii.以〝期待〞的心親近神，等候祂向我们說話，給我们指引。(詩Psalms 25:1-4)Get close to God with a heart of “expectation”. Waiting for Him to talk to us & give us guidance.
iv.以〝敬拜〞來親近神，以一首熟悉的敬拜詩歌來親近主。Get close to God through worship. Use a hymn that you are familiar with to worship God.
v.寫〝靈程札記〞與主談心。(下堂課解說)To write spiritual journal to talk to God.
vi.讀經，領受神的話。Read bible.
vii.默想、禱讀：以領受的一句話向主禱告，將它寫在〝靈修日記〞或〝靈程札記〞上。用這一句話來〝禱讀〞 (〝禱讀〞於下堂課解說)。Meditate God’s words & using God’s words to pray.
viii.以〝感恩禱告〞來結束。End with a thanksgiving prayer.
ix.將當日所領受的這一句話放在心裡，可能是牧養自己或是牧養周遭有需要的弟兄姊妹。Keeping God’s words in mind for the whole day. The words may be used to minister yourself or others.

The power of God’s words & importance神話語的能力與重要性

Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. 你 的 話 是 我 腳 前 的 燈 、 是 我 路 上 的 光 。---Psalm詩篇 119:105

In Ephesians 6:10-12, Paul says, "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places." 我 還 有 末 了 的 話 、 你 們 要 靠 著 主 、 倚 賴 他 的 大 能 大 力 、 作 剛 強 的 人 。要 穿 戴 　 神 所 賜 的 全 副 軍 裝 、 就 能 抵 擋 魔 鬼 的 詭 計 。因 我 們 並 不 是 與 屬 血 氣 的 爭 戰 、 乃 是 與 那 些 執 政 的 、 掌 權 的 、 管 轄 這 幽 暗 世 界 的 、 以 及 天 空 屬 靈 氣 的 惡 魔 爭 戰 。(弗6:10-12)

A vital part of standing firm in the spiritual battle is to take up the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Becoming a fully committed follower of the Lord Jesus Christ begins by picking up your sword each day! 能在屬靈爭戰站穩住腳，是靠聖靈的寶劍，也就是神的話語。要完全委身成為主耶穌的跟隨者，必須從每天拿起你的寶劍開始。

Second Timothy 3:16 says, "All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness." 聖 經 都 是 　 神 所 默 示 的 、 〔 或 作 凡 　 神 所 默 示 的 聖 經 〕 於 教 訓 、 督 責 、 使 人 歸 正 、 教 導 人 學 義 、 都 是 有 益 的 ．(提後3:16)

The Bible is not a human book. It's a God-given book! And it is sufficient for your every need.聖經不是一本人寫的書，它是一本神所賜的書，並且它能滿足你所有的需要。

That's why I want to encourage you to have a daily time of devotion and discipline when you open God's Word... when you pray and ask God to speak to you through the Scriptures. 這就是為什麼我鼓勵你每天讀經靈修和操練，並且禱告祈求神藉著經文向你說話。

I want to also encourage you to take your Bible with you when you gather with other believers in worship. Take your Bible to church! And take a pen with you so you can underline or highlight some Scriptures and take a few notes and really engage! Don't be a passive listener; be a proactive learner!同時我鼓勵你崇拜時帶著你的聖經。帶著你的聖經到教會，並帶枝筆可以在經文旁劃線或塗色，同時記一些筆記。不要作一個消極的聆聽者，作一個積極的學習者。

Just like your physical health, your spiritual health will deteriorate if you neglect it.就如你身體的健康，你若忽略自己的屬靈健康，它將會衰退。

So... as 1 Timothy 4 encourages us... take the time and the trouble to be spiritually fit! It's the only way you'll be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might... able to withstand the attacks of our enemy, the devil. It's the only way you'll be able to stand strong in the spiritual battle you face every day!因此，就如提前4鼓勵我們的，花時間在屬靈上操練，這是你唯一能在主裡面以及在神的大能中得強壯的方法，並得以抵擋撒但仇敵。這是唯一你每日能在屬靈爭戰中剛強站穩的方法。

YOUR BEST DEFENSE AGAINST THE ATTACKS OF THE ENEMY IS GOD'S WORD... SO PICK IT UP AND USE IT!對抗敵人攻擊最好的防禦就是神的話語…..所以拾起它，並且使用它吧！(by Pastor Jack Graham)
